Collaboration/Environmental Scan/Needs Assessment
- Session feedback and ongoing needs assessment.
- ERLC board.
- Consult with districts about needs.
- ERLC advisory committee consultation needs to occur.
- Consultation with key Alberta Education Lead Managers and Directors a minimum of twice during the year.

Practice/Goals
- Alberta Education grant deliverables.
- Key program elements.
- Regional Goals specific to work of ERLC (i.e. Program of Studies, Instruction and Assessment).

Identify Possible Strategies
- Workshops, delivery using dl approaches.
- Need to host an advisory committee meeting to better identify needs and resources available.
- Social and Math sessions are being planned for 2009.

Action Plan and Measures
- Use program feedback form as primary measure.
- Sessions are attended.

Implement Action Plan
- Budget - $35,000.00 as well as infrastructure support provided from grant.

Summative Evaluation
- Program feedback.
- ERLC Board, District contact, and potential Advisory Committee feedback.
- Summary report to Alberta Education.
