Marylou Gammans is an educational consultant with ERLC and an accredited teacher in Alberta. She is certified, as well as a presenter and trainer in Concept-Based Curriculum and Instruction (CBCI) after studying with Drs H. Lynn Erickson and Lois A. Lanning. She facilitates professional learning working with numerous districts in French and English. Marylou is also certified in Intensive French (ANL), a neurolinguistic approach that promotes learning a second language. She has developed a new experiential learning program to help people understand a variety of perspectives in the workplace. Her workshops explore ways to create authentic links with the curriculum or in daily life. Whether it's breaking down ideas of teaching according to concepts, learning a second language, or guiding relationships in the workplace, Marylou has always used a combination of strategies to help people build connection in their world.
Éric Caron is a consultant in educational technology with the Consortium provincial francophone. Specialized in History, Éric has taught a variety of subjects during his career and his passion for pedagogy has led him to work on many special educational classroom projects as well as many extra-curricular activities. After assuming the position of educational consultant in Quebec, he joined the Consortium provincial francophone team as consultant in educational technology in 2012. Since 2008, one of his specialties is digital citizenship and he worked many times with community police officers to offer sessions on that topic, in Quebec and Alberta. Through his multidisciplinary experience, he has developed a global vision on the integration of pedagogical technologies in the classroom. Éric offers numerous workshops for francophone teachers in Alberta in particular the flip classroom, digital citizenship, Google tools in education and Moodle as virtual classroom.
