We know that year end classroom celebrations that include family and community are important to the student experience. The cancellation of these face to face events last spring due to the pandemic, resulted in much disappointment. In lieu of cancelling year end celebrations, why not host a virtual event instead? Even better, why not engage your students in planning the event, through a modified project based learning approach? Whether students are planning for a kindergarten, grade 6 or 9 graduation, or any milestone in between, give your students voice and choice, and agency over the entire process.

This session will give you tools and strategies to engage your students in planning and executing a year-end classroom celebration they will be proud of! Resources, websites, and ideas will be shared. The bonus - your students will be engaged in authentic, curriculum based learning! Join us for this practical learning opportunity.
