Psychoeducational assessments contain a great deal of information. Academic assessments and cognitive assessments are administered and the outcomes can provide a learning profile for the student. This session will provide an overview of how information from this type of assessment can help inform the teacher in building a program for the student. It is important to note that some Specialized Assessments can be complex and at this time, we will look only at those where the diagnoses pertain to academic supports in the classroom (e.g., LD, mild cognitive diagnoses).

Target Audience

Teachers (k-12); School-based Administrators; Instructional Coaches; Learning Coaches; Inclusive Learning Teachers; District Leaders/Consultants; Educational/Instructional Assistants; Specialists who work directly with students
