Anita Watts is a professional Speaker, Facilitator and Trauma Coach. She comes to your organization as a Certified Psychological Health and Safety Advisor, Professional Certified Trauma Informed Facilitator and Coach recognized by the International Coaching Federation, Mental Health First Aid Facilitator and Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Trainer. Anita completed her MA at the University of Alberta with a specialization in Employee Wellness combined with the Psychology of Behaviour Modification. She continues to maintain her status as High Performance Specialized Certified Exercise Physiologist. Anita's combined education 25 years working with first responders in the area of Crisis Intervention and Critical Incident Stress Management, provides her with the expertise in the areas of Trauma, Mental Health and Resilience. She continues to work with a number of organizations helping them to support their employee's psychological and physical well being for more productive, healthier and happier employees.
