Start the year off tres bien with the basics of FSL - the program of studies (POS), pedagogy and assessment. We'll address key points like:
- The hidden 'gap' in the FSL POS that can unknowingly frustrate you and your students and how to bridge it.
- Why we tend to teach FSL in thematic units when no one conducts their lives that way.
- How to get out of the habit of teaching French in English.
- Planning with a focus on DOING, not just KNOWING in French.
- Where to find some key resources.
