
Janice Comrie, B.Ed., M.Ed., has been working in the education field for over 30 years as a teacher, consultant, and administrator. Since retiring from Edmonton Public Schools in 2019, she has worked as a Pedagogical Partner with Alberta Resource Centre for Quality Enhancement (ARCQE) supporting the implementation of the Flight: Alberta's Early Learning and Care Framework (Flight Framework), as well as Education Lead, and currently as an ASaP Manager for The GRIT Program (Getting Ready for Inclusion Today). A strong advocate for quality programming in early learning and care and inclusion in Alberta, Janice was awarded the ATA: 2020 Early Childhood Education Council's Advocacy Awardto be presented at the 2021 ECEC Annual Conference.
