The focus of these “Just in Time”(JIT) 45 min. sessions will be your questions about transforming teaching and learning during COVID-19. The topics addressed in these sessions will be based on the questions you ask us in the google form you receive after registering. Any time remaining will be dedicated ‘open mic’ Q and A time.
JIT learning is different from structured professional development. What makes this “just-in-time” learning unique is a strategy focussed on meeting YOUR needs when they arise. Each week a team of principals and consultants will meet with all registered participants in a zoom meeting to discuss your questions and provide valuable insight and advice. Meeting the “just in time” need helps with your ability to retain the information and has been proven to promote feelings of empowerment.
