Learning Opportunities

This interactive two-day workshop will walk you through the seven foundational principles of FIERCE conversations and will also focus on three conversation models including team, coaching and confrontation conversations.  You will have hands-on interactive training with “real-play” exercises that address common issues as well as memorable content that is easy to implement.  FIERCE conversations will change how you approach professional conversations in your context.

Team Conversations – This model approach will increase collaboration and boost buy-in across your school or district.

Coaching Conversations – This model approach will help you to uncover solutions and help identify the profound difference between advice-giving and self-actualization.  You will learn to help people discover their own paths!

Confrontation Conversations – This model approach will shift attitudes, reduce tension, and enrich relationships.  Confront tough conversations with confidence and skill!
