Using TouchChat on Communication Devices: Implementation

November 14, 2019 from 9:00 am - 3:30 pm

A full day workshop which focuses on implementation. Right now, we cover some implementation with our TouchChat workshop but it is focused on introducing the participants to the software. While I am sure to always shoehorn information regarding implementation into it, it is not the main part of the workshop. I always get tons of questions along the lines of "now I know touchchat, what next?". It would focus on best practices based on implementing an AAC language system. Additionally, I would also incorporate more Chat Editor time into the session so people can learn how to utilize that tool. The nice thing is that, while technically about TouchChat, you'd be able to use the strategies for other communication apps.
