Many psychologists agree with the fact that anxiety is exploding amongst students in schools across the country. In the last decade, the number of students suffering from mild to extreme anxiety has increased drastically. There is a fundamental need for teachers to better understand this phenomenon. In this workshop, we will talk about the psychological and physiological roots of anxiety, why it is on the rise in our children, and what to do to better manage it. This workshop will share valuable and practical tools that will help alleviate suffering from anxiety.

This session will be offered in French.
