Learning Opportunities

In his leadership research, Michael Fullan shares with us that sometimes we need to go ‘outside’ to become stronger ‘inside’.  The Edmonton and Area High School Redesign Network Day is designed to help us do exactly that – interact with others so that we might learn from diverse perspectives to help inform our own journeys in redesign.  The day will begin with sharing around two key topics that will help create understandings and opportunities for richer conversations related to the breakout session subthemes.   Participants and school teams are encouraged to find the breakout session conversations that matters most to them, and to take their new learnings from these engagements back to their schools and regions as a catalyst to explore current practices with new information.
