Do you want to learn more about the Literacy Continuum and how to use it effectively in your daily literacy practice? This session will build your understanding of the reading and writing process and how it changes over time. “The Literacy Continuum provides a way to look for specific evidence of learning from prekindergarten through grade eight, and across eight instructional contexts.”. By using the Literacy Continuum in a strategic, thoughtful way, we will guide your thinking as to how responsive teaching can meet students where they are and brings them forward with intention and understanding. Join us for a full day exploring how this resource can inform gaps in your students learning, support writing IEP’s and share student’s development with parents.
