Michele Jones is in her third year as a designer of professional learning for the Edmonton Regional Learning Consortium. Prior to joining ERLC, she worked in the area of instructional coaching. She is an experienced facilitator of professional learning, and has worked with numerous district level leaders who are committed to modelling their own commitment to professional learning.
