We’ve all experienced the failure of having a presentation go ‘off the rails’. The key is to take those failures and grow from them. This interactive series is designed to help you to create presentations that will influence change. There will be time within each session to network with other district level leaders who share your desire for change.

Day One: Full day (October 24, 2018) Presentation Design and Implementation Focus

  • basics of adult learning
  • intentional design
  • view presentation slides that use evidence - based strategies
  • editing existing presentations with opportunity for peer feedback
  • Create an action plan for change

Day Two: Half day (December 6, 2018) Presentation Feedback Loop and Protocols for Adult Learning

  • Discussion around successes and barriers of your presentations with opportunities for ‘real time’ feedback
  • Time for reflections and action planning
  • Explore and participate in evidence-based, high-yield protocols for adult learners
  • Create an action plan for implementing protocols into your practice

Day Three: Half day (January 23, 2019) Presentation and Protocol Feedback Loop

  • Discussion around successes and barriers to your presentations and use of protocols with opportunities for ‘real time’ feedback.
  • Time for reflections and action planning
