You will learn how to coach and mentor youth to deliver bullying prevention education to their peers, and help them:

  • understand the impact of bullying and harassment;
  • learn how to promote ally peer behaviour through hands-on activities, videos and discussions;
  • recognize and respond to the potential risks associated with use of the internet and other technologies to promote online civility;
  • learn communication and leadership skills to foster safe environments.

Classroom-ready resources that are based on the latest research will be shared, including a USB drive with PowerPoints, videos, printable handouts and grade-specific lesson plans with interactive activities.
