Christine Quong is on secondment as an Educational Technology Consultant to the Edmonton Regional Learning Consortium. Prior to this, she served as a Collaborative Lead Teacher for Pembina Hills Public Schools where she facilitated and led the professional collaborations among teachers and supported their application of universal design for learning and differentiated instruction. Her 11 years of experience as an educator has been teaching primarily K-6. She recently completed her Master’s of Education in Educational Technology at the University of Alberta.

AllThis session will be geared toward people that have begun using Google Classroom and are ready to move beyond the basics. It will be suitable to all grades and subject areas.
Possible topics that will be covered: changing the classroom theme, about tab, differentiate assignments, reuse assignments, schedule assignments, create assignment templates, giving feedback, encourage collaboration, student comment settings, preview as a student, and useful extensions.
Christine will come prepared ready to cover any of the above topics, you come prepared with your most pressing Google Classroom questions. The topics covered will be based on your needs and input.
