Rhonda Fleischer is the State Liaison for Programs for Children who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. She has experience in a residential school, as an itinerant teacher, as a supervisor of Teachers of the Deaf and Interpreters and as administrator of one of our regional programs prior to this position.
