ERLC plans learning opportunities based on advice from the region served. Advice and direction is most often received from committee members, district leaders and curriculum coordinators, participant feedback from sessions and education stakeholders. We also rely on provincial stakeholder’s direction and leadership, represented by the consortium board. We strive towards collaborating with as many groups as possible to support being a partner in “adult learning for students’ sake.”

The agenda for this meeting is to provide an overview of the 2016-2017 Alberta Education grant priority areas and the ERLC Professional Learning Plan. ERLC will provide an update on the curriculum development and needs assessment. A part of the day will be spent in working groups, with Advisory Committee members sharing their insights from last year, and their plans for professional development this year.
