Research indicates that the induction years are a critical stage for teachers, one in which they can learn not just to survive in the profession, but also to thrive.

This interactive workshop will offer early career teachers an opportunity to creatively debrief their experiences in teaching so far, and to gain research and experience-based insights into the unique stressors of their chosen profession.

By the end of the session, you will have strategies for proactively meeting those stressors in order to bring more balance into your professional life. You will also gain the skills you need to more effectively navigate your induction years, in order to set a course for career-long professional growth.
