This opportunity is presented in partnership with the Alberta Council for Global Cooperation (ACGC) and the Center for Global Citizenship Education and Research (CGCER). You will hear from a range of academics, practitioners and civil-society organizations working in the field of international development and global citizenship education.
The lead presenter will be Lynette Shultz, Associate Dean, International and Director of the Centre for Global Citizenship Education and Research at the Faculty of Education, University of Alberta. Her research interests include global social justice and education policy, global governance, citizenship and education.
This current series is based on the ‘Global Citizenship Summer Institute’ as presented by ACGC and CGCER in 2014.
