Louise Osland has been an educator for over 40 years and prior to joining Edmonton Regional Learning Consortium, she worked as a principal and supervisor with Edmonton Public Schools. She has led AISI projects, managed teams, facilitated sessions and collaborated with colleagues.

AllThe Career and Technology Foundations (CTF) curriculum is an opportunity for teachers to apply the design thinking process to develop high interest, challenge based courses. Alberta Learning has given teachers a great deal of latitude to create classes that engage and motivate students through real world, hands on projects and experiences. This session will help you prepare for the CTF curriculum implementation and by the end of the session you will have developed a complete CTF challenge in your area.
