Collette Sylvestre specializes in peer-coaching and leadership for educators and paraprofessionals. She focuses on supporting the development of an enriching and effective inclusive learning environment for all students.
With over 15 years of professional experience, Collette has an innovative approach and holds a Masters of Education degree in the area of educational research, focusing on curriculum, teaching and learning.
Collette leads professional development sessions throughout Northeastern Alberta and works with school inclusive support teams consulting in Universal Design for Learning, Inclusion, Assessment for Learning, supporting in developing behavioural interventions, literacy support plans and assistive technologies.
She is also active with developing online supports for teachers and support staff through her blog and online classroom.
