Corrie Ziegler has been an educator for over 35 years and prior to joining Edmonton Regional Learning Consortium, she worked as a principal, supervisor and director with Edmonton Public Schools. She has led AISI projects, managed teams, facilitated sessions and collaborated with colleagues.

AllThis session is the first in a series of nine sessions to support instructional leadership. The sessions are tailored for leadership staff in Elk Island Catholic Schools. At this introductory sessions, leaders will:
- deepen understanding of the alignment between the Ministerial Order on Student Learning and EICS’s Pyramid of Supports when creating a Quality Learning Environment;
- learn some processes and strategies to engage school staff/community in understanding and embracing the need for ongoing change to support optimal student success and learning;
- have the opportunity to reflect on the principal professional practice competencies needed to achieve the above.
Leaders will have the opportunity to dialogue, explore, take risks and collaborate in order to accomplish the above outcomes, deepen relationships, and be inspired to extend their learning.
