The Mindset and Moves of Effective Instructional Leaders
Instructional leadership is one of the most important responsibilities of a school leader, yet many leaders are pulled toward operational demands that crowd out the work that matters most. This
opening session helps participants clarify what effective instructional leadership actually looks like in practice. Leaders will explore the habits, priorities, and daily moves that create stronger
teaching and better learning outcomes.

SESSION 2 (October 08, 2026 - 4-5 PM)
Growing Teachers Through Feedback, Coaching and Supervision
Strong schools are built through strong educators. In this session, participants will learn how instructional leaders grow teacher capacity through purposeful feedback, coaching conversations,
supervision, and support. Practical strategies will help leaders move beyond compliance-driven evaluation toward meaningful professional growth that improves classroom practice.

SESSION 3 (October 15, 2026 - 4-5 PM)
Leading High-Quality Teaching, Assessment and Student Learning
Instructional leaders need to know what quality teaching looks like and how to respond when student learning is not where it needs to be. This session focuses on recognizing effective
pedagogy, strengthening assessment practices, and using evidence of learning to guide improvement. Participants will gain practical tools to lead conversations about teaching and student success with greater confidence.

SESSION 4 (October 22, 2026 - 4-5 PM)
Building School-Wide Systems for Instructional Excellence
Sustainable instructional leadership goes beyond individual classrooms and becomes embedded in school systems, structures, and routines. In this final session, participants will explore how to
