Series: 5 sessions
This series will provide educators with an opportunity to express concerns about mental health in the classroom, learn how they are diagnosed, and leave with some strategies on how to address common mental health challenges in the classroom. Each session will be focused on common diagnoses in school-aged children, current best practices for treatment, and how this may appear in your classroom. This session is not teaching how to diagnose or treat children, but is offered as a way to bring awareness of mental health challenges to the classroom.
