The alliances françaises’ main goals are to promote the French language, francophone cultures and to support intercultural exchanges. They are present in 143 countries with over 800 centers. We self-finance thanks to our classes, the support of our members, donations and various grants

AllWhether you are new to the French language or want to improve your skills, learn French with Alliance Française of Edmonton! Classes are tailored for teachers with a focus on language used in the classroom (vocabulary, grammar, phonetics and speech acts in the lexical field of education).
What you will learn:

- Offer solutions
Grammar: some verbs + prepositions, the tense conditionnel présent, some pronouns, connective words to express consequences, goals and oppositions, the tense subjonctif présent…
Vocabulary: new technologies, diseases and symptoms, administration, tastes and interests, group activities, family members, life events ...
