As leaders we need to know who we are before we can lead others. Leading through uncertain times has been challenging, who are we as individuals, as leaders and as a leadership cohort? Have we changed, have those around us?

In this ½ day workshop style session we will:

  • Explore our own core values
  • Examine what gets under our skin
  • Discuss the relationship between our amygdala and transforming schools
  • We will consider how to lead through moments that may trigger us and appear to be in conflict with our core values

Session will support LQS Standards: 1, 2, 3, 4 and 9

All learning opportunities with the ERLC regional team will focus on the Alberta Education and district priority areas.
