For the past 20 years, Tsion Abate has dedicated her professional work in educational leadership, and the development of research evidence that promotes the health and well-being of communities who face health inequity. She currently works as an FASD Instructional Coach under the WRaP 2.0 FASD Coaching Partnership Project: wrap2fasd.org. Tsion has worked in developing a community collaborative to mitigate the Sexually Transmitted Infections in Alberta, co-designed and implemented a Canada-wide collaboration to build capacity in service providers, and uses innovative, evidence based instructional practices and resources to reduce stigma and promote health equity. She holds a Master’s of Education in Education Policy Studies, from the University of Alberta.
Angela Kemble has been the Executive Director of the Northwest Central Alberta Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder Network for 6 years. Prior to that she was a WRaP FASD Success Coach. She holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Human and Social Development Degree. Her goal is to assist education administration with their FASD needs in order to help teachers help students reach their full potential.

Adelee Penner comes to ERLC having most recently served as an Assistant Superintendent of Schools. Adelee started her career in Manitoba and moved to Alberta in 2005. Her career has evolved over the years through working in several school jurisdictions, in both the private and public system, and from working for Alberta Education supporting school systems in Field Services. Adelee is a passionate lifelong learner. Using the provocation from Seth Godin, "When was the last time you did something for the first time?", Adelee works with others to create a culture for learning that is comfortable taking risk, trying new things and considers alternate perspectives.
